TWO EVENTS. ONE GREAT CAUSE.
The team at Able&Co. pitched in for the holidays with two great events to help out the folks at Urban Ministries of Durham.
HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE WITH HEART
Able&Co. hosted an open house at their office to raise awareness and funds as well as collect much needed items for families at the holidays such as coats, toys, toiletries backpacks and more. Guests enjoyed craft beers, local wines and yummy treats as they learned about how Urban Ministries is helping people in need in Durham.
PARTY WITH A PURPOSE
On December 16th, the Able&Co. team showed up at Urban Ministries of Durham to help throw a fantastic holiday party for shelter residents and community guests. Team members volunteered by handing out items at special gift tables, serving holiday goodies, leading carols and helping residents personalize gifts to give their loved ones. Santa was on hand to bring holiday cheer, and team members got to meet some very special people in need.
