Level Homes came to Able&Co. as a local builder in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, that wanted to expand first to a regional builder and then to a national reach. To do this, it needed a brand that could expand and grow as well as be launched in a new market in as little as 90 days. With homes that fit a broad range of audiences in communities across four states, Level Homes needed a brand that was consumer focused and unlike every other builder at the regional and national stage. As Able&Co. began to uncover the Level Homes story, we realized that what makes it unique is its approach to both building and sales – a focus on the buyer’s personality and lifestyle. This drove the concept of “Life. Style. Home.” in the tagline and a brand that was very lifestyle driven and appealing to the large middle spectrum of homebuyers. By understanding each person’s homebuying personality Level Homes was able to understand his or her needs in a home and direct him or her to the best model to suit his or her preferences. It also understood that these homebuying personalities also dictated the way consumers buy homes and adjusted the sales process accordingly, making the entire experience feel very personalized. The look and feel of the Level Homes brand as well as the tone of copy all reflect this consumer-focused nature and are carried throughout print, web and within its communities.
