Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role in the development, delivery, management and continuous improvement of marketing content, collateral, and communications for both internal and external projects.

Under direct guidance from the Creative Director, the Senior Graphic Designer will: collaborate on design direction; drive execution of creative direction; create visually stunning collateral; incorporate multimedia and unique concepts into sales tools; improve conceptual representations; adhere to client graphic and branding standards; and complete projects from conception to completion. This role includes heavy graphic production and requires high productivity and accuracy.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be extremely organized, able to work in an energetic environment, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. S/he will thrive on completing a range of work from production to conception to completion. You should understand this is not a 9-5 position. It will require significant effort, organization, accuracy and doing what it takes to get the job done for your assigned clients.


  • Primarily responsible for producing and executing existing creative strategies developed by Creative Director
  • Utilizes a comprehensive and complete understanding of all graphic programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Continuously learn new technologies and be willing to dive into ANY project headfirst
  • Takes direction from Creative Director
  • Thinks “out of the box” and develops new and innovative ideas to showcase the client’s brand and message
  • Works with account team to produce strategic, interesting and compelling creative that supports the communications goals of the project/brand
  • Works with high profile clients, brands and in partnership with the entire creative team
  • Hands-on team member that exhibits a strong team approach and a positive demeanor
  • Plays an important role as a team member of the larger “team” and has the flexibility to assist in any area you can when needed
  • Possess a take-charge, can-do attitude (productive/solutions-oriented approach)
  • Has a desire to grow, share information and communicate your role within the agency and to client(s)
  • Stays organized, develops and maintains excellent file structure and understands quality control
  • Understands the need for detailed graphic production and will produce jobs from start to finish
  • Reports directly to Creative Director


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 3-5 years graphic design experience with a focus on page layout (both print and web), photo manipulation and production
  • Experience at an agency or corporate creative department
  • Heavy print, multi-media and web examples in an online portfolio
  • The ability to handle deadline pressures and produce accurate and creative work under pressure
  • Experience and portfolio examples of projects designed in PowerPoint/Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and Web-based projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has healthcare and/or corporate brand management experience
  • Interest or experience in design- or production-related skills such as Photography, Illustration, Filmmaking, Animation, 3D Computer Graphics and Motion Graphics
