Ockham, a global functional service provider and oncology-focused CRO located in Cary, NC, was in the process of merging with Nexus, a CRO based in Ireland with an entirely different point of view, approach and culture.
Able&Co. worked with both companies to develop a cohesive branding plan and marketing initiatives. We helped Ockham and Nexus understand the brand equity and core values within each organization and navigate the decision to keep the Ockham name. As the companies came together it became apparent that the differences in each culture could be harnessed into a new, stronger vision that reflected the best of each.
