Grande Dunes is a prestigious 2,600-acre master-planned community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, boasting an impressive array of neighborhoods and amenities, each with a distinct identity and audience. These include neighborhoods like Del Webb at Grande Dunes, Living Dunes, The Cape, and Promenade, alongside amenities such as the Ocean Club, Members Club, Marina & Store, and 357 Raw Coastal Bar. Over our 10 year partnership, Able&Co. created unified, yet distinct sub-brands under the Grande Dunes umbrella for each neighborhood, village and several amenities.

By working onsite, we’ve captured the essence of its coastal elegance and vibrant community offerings, ensuring every visual aligns with the brand’s upscale, approachable identity. These high-quality assets have been pivotal in creating compelling campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Created the “Simply Grande” campaign in 2023, emphasizing how simple pleasures become luxuries in the Grande Dunes lifestyle.
