Jenny Taylor

Jenny started Able&Co. because she’s chosen a life of dedicated service to her family, community, clients, team and friends. At the office, you’ll find that Jenny takes the time to develop an organic and genuine relationship with each one of her employees. She knows every member of the team, what makes them tick, who they are and who they strive to be, just as she does with our clients. Thanks to her approachability, she’s often at the center of heartfelt moments, milestones and conversations filled with laughter, all while being a pivotal piece of the team’s growth and improvement.

Her practical business experience came firsthand as the right hand of many business leaders and company owners across many industries. (It’s actually easier to ask Jenny which industries she has NOT had experience in!) This vantage point allowed Jenny to observe which strategic principles and tools lead and guide a business to greatness, as well as which ones drive a business to failure. Most importantly, Jenny learned that her most satisfying outcomes are when strategic marketing and creative work yield positive brand and culture transformations that fuel remarkable success for her clients.

As our President, Chief Growth Officer, Jenny owns our vision for growth and drives the evolution and activation of that vision by guiding us towards our short and long-term business goals, delivering expanded reach and mission-aligned impact. Jenny brings innovation and creative problem-solving to the table to create the kind of optimized strategic planning that creates meaningful results. She is a positive, creative and inspiring force in our organization.

And what Jenny does for Able&Co., she does for every client.

When you work with Jenny, you can expect MORE. You can expect Jenny to go way, way beyond the marketing or communication plans that you might have experienced from a typical advertising, marketing or communications agency.

Director of Engagement

Reynee Tung

Reynee has extensive brand experience with consumer products from her 3M days. She worked on the Post-it Note, Scotch, Scotchgard, Scotch-Brite and O-Cel-O brands. She also has significant experience in medical devices. Previous employers include: Respironics Critical Care (now Philips); Heidelberg Engineering (ophthalmic diagnostic solutions); and Teleflex (a medical technologies provider).

Reynee enjoyed a diverse and successful career directing corporate marketing communications departments. She worked with many international industries and markets and stewarded globally known brands. Then, Reynee retired.

Ever curious (and in possession of a closet full of lightly used business apparel and shoes) she thought there was MORE. Searching for the right organization, she put out feelers for an encore career on the agency side. Able&Co. loved having Reynee as their client and welcomed her with open arms. Reynee would have been perfectly happy being a pretty smart receptionist. Instead, she joined Able&Co.’s Strategy Team as our Director of Engagement.

Reynee executes our marketing plan. She also manages the strategic design, development, and execution of our client strategies. Her goal is to help drive sustainable customer growth and loyalty. Inside the office, Reynee helps our team reach new heights of excellence. She’s always a joy to speak with. Working with Reynee means the end result will be better, and the road to get there will be rewarding.

Reynee enjoys being a MarCom generalist with an eMBA degree in general management. This combination brings unique strategic insights and fresh creative perspectives. It all elevates Able&Co.’s work, organizational structure, and staff.

Account Manager

Jenna Marrocco

Our account manager, Jenna, is definitely a North Carolina native. She attended North Carolina State University where she majored in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship. After graduating, Jenna became a Corporate Trainer, then worked in the sales and marketing field at a marketing agency. In her position as an Account Manager, she ran a team and facilitated growth for those individuals to become great leaders themselves. While representing Fortune 100 companies, Jenna learned invaluable skills such as negotiation, public speaking, soft sales skills, and leadership. Most recently, she worked as a recruiter.

Able&Co. is proud to have Jenna as an Account Manager. She works on building meaningful, ever-evolving relationships with multiple accounts while still maintaining an acute attention to detail and organization. She meets with clients frequently, serving as a liaison. She helps to develop campaigns, presents creative proposals, and ensures that all elements of a project are aligned with the client’s best interests and business objectives.

Personable and welcoming, Jenna brings excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills to deliver the best possible client experience. With a gift for making anyone feel instantly at ease, she is also a lot of fun to collaborate with. Jenna prides herself on responsiveness and responsibility. After a conversation with her, the listener knows that the project is indeed in Able hands.

Jenna sees her role at Able as everything she envisioned when studying business in school. She considers herself an open book and is always ready to support and cheer on the people in her life. She owns a horse, Seattle Jones, who she loves, and enjoys going to the gym. Essentially, she believes in living a simple, happy, Pura Vida life –– she even got a tattoo of the words when on a trip to Costa Rica!

Social Media Coordinator

Tori Wagner

Tori is a native of the mid-Atlantic with a drive for fitness. She majored in Sports Management at Coastal Carolina University and landed a job at a store she loved to shop, which was a double-edged sword. At school, she was an all-star student and athlete. While dedicating long hours to her athletics, she also managed to keep on the Dean’s List.

Although Tori loved her customer-facing role at her favorite store, she saw a missed opportunity with their social media accounts. Without wasting any time, she quickly developed a custom plan to grow awareness for the brand on various social media platforms. Her drive, ingenuity and motivation made her the perfect addition to the Able&Co Team.

Tori hit the ground running with all our clients. She dives into the data to see what’s working and what’s not. And she always remembers the person on the other side of the screen interacting with your brand’s content.

Zak Shantz

Mix together a quest for adventure, problem-solving resolve, and a never-ending drive to satisfy customers then you’ll start to understand what gets Zak out of bed in the morning. Hailing from the midwest, Zak got his degree in Graphic Design while living in Wisconsin. Then he took off for the West Coast, where he settled into the Oregon forest full of large white oaks and a stone’s throw from the best Pinot Noir in the world. His initial projects were labels and retail displays for local brands and household names alike. Never one to sit still, Zak sought ways to expand the boundaries of his skillset and dove head first into web-based graphics.

His odyssey eventually brought him to North Carolina, where he cut his teeth designing multimedia marketing content from storyboard development through production and beyond. Today at Able&Co., he brings each client’s abstract strategies to concrete visual life.

His keen eye means no detail goes unnoticed. He’s quick to offer new ideas, friendly guidance, and constructive criticism to ensure your brand shines. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him and his wife exploring nature, both locally and around the world.

Avid traveler, artist, and writer, Kiera is a true Raleigh native with expansive roots. Growing up with a curious taste for new places, experiences, and people, she discovered her love of writing organically. Writing for her own reflection and observations, she honed her writing throughout her undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and applied it to her career path with a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Florida State University.

With a love for storytelling and invoking empathy, Kiera’s genuine approach to writing copy for clients shines.
