Jenny Taylor

Jenny started Able&Co. because she’s chosen a life of dedicated service to her family, community, clients, team and friends. At the office, you’ll find that Jenny takes the time to develop an organic and genuine relationship with each one of her employees. She knows every member of the team, what makes them tick, who they are and who they strive to be, just as she does with our clients. Thanks to her approachability, she’s often at the center of heartfelt moments, milestones and conversations filled with laughter, all while being a pivotal piece of the team’s growth and improvement.

Her practical business experience came firsthand as the right hand of many business leaders and company owners across many industries. (It’s actually easier to ask Jenny which industries she has NOT had experience in!) This vantage point allowed Jenny to observe which strategic principles and tools lead and guide a business to greatness, as well as which ones drive a business to failure. Most importantly, Jenny learned that her most satisfying outcomes are when strategic marketing and creative work yield positive brand and culture transformations that fuel remarkable success for her clients.

As our President, Chief Growth Officer, Jenny owns our vision for growth and drives the evolution and activation of that vision by guiding us towards our short and long-term business goals, delivering expanded reach and mission-aligned impact. Beth Kuhn

Beth is a dynamic, creative, analytical and results-driven marketing leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative strategies that create growth and elevate brand presence. She’s a visionary with a deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies, adept at leveraging data-driven insights to identify untapped opportunities and shape impactful marketing campaigns. 

Beth brings 20 years of marketing experience in the residential construction, building materials manufacturing and real estate industries as well as three years in the tech industry. She received her bachelor’s degree from UNC Charlotte and her MBA from Walden University. 

She invests time in developing relationships with each team member and client, sets clear goals and provides the resources necessary for everyone to succeed. Beth is a key reason Able&Co. meets our commitment to driving excellence and achieving extraordinary results through creative thinking, continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach.

Ann Clayton

Ann has always been passionate about her ability to communicate, which makes her a great Account Director. With a keen eye for design, Ann knows a strong brand when she sees one. Better yet, she knows how to help companies create industry-leading advertising campaigns and brand identities. From concept to final execution, she immerses herself in the creative process. When it comes to design, she’s definitely in her wheelhouse.

As Account Director at Able&Co., Ann’s in her zone. She’s laser-focused and leads her all-star team to develop creative ideas that wow clients and help them achieve their strategic goals. Ann uses her solid foundation in creative design and management to provide a high level of guidance, development and leadership.

Strategic-minded and solution-driven, Ann always exhibits passion, creativity and a proven reputation for developing and directing award-winning creative strategies and visions for brands. With an impressive depth of experience from both the agency environment and corporate sector, Ann’s background includes advertising and marketing in retail and commercial sales, automotive, furniture, public relations, food service, healthcare, travel and tourism, non-profits, real estate and more. She has helped transform client creative for small businesses through Fortune 500 companies.

Senior Art Director

Zak Shantz

Mix together a quest for adventure, problem-solving resolve, and a never-ending drive to satisfy customers then you’ll start to understand what gets Zak out of bed in the morning. Hailing from the midwest, Zak got his degree in Graphic Design while living in Wisconsin. Then he took off for the West Coast, where he settled into the Oregon forest full of large white oaks and a stone’s throw from the best Pinot Noir in the world. His initial projects were labels and retail displays for local brands and household names alike. Never one to sit still, Zak sought ways to expand the boundaries of his skillset and dove head first into web-based graphics.

His odyssey eventually brought him to North Carolina, where he cut his teeth designing multimedia marketing content from storyboard development through production and beyond. Today at Able&Co., he brings each client’s abstract strategies to concrete visual life.

His keen eye means no detail goes unnoticed. He’s quick to offer new ideas, friendly guidance, and constructive criticism to ensure your brand shines. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him and his wife exploring nature, both locally and around the world.

Copywriter & Content Creator

Daniel Nuttall

No matter your industry, Daniel is ready to find your brand’s voice and tell its story. He is a positive and driven member of the Able&Co. team – always eager to study our clients’ strategies and relationships with their audiences in order to nail down the perfect communication style. His approach to writing is to hook the reader with the first sentence and have each subsequent sentence make the reader curious for MORE. 

Born and raised in Chapel Hill, NC, he attended Appalachian State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a focus on advertising. Daniel’s background includes in-house and agency experience, having worked as a copywriter for the Carolina Hurricanes, UNC-Chapel Hill and another local agency. 

Daniel’s greatest joy in the profession is being able to learn different things and discover new methods to keep readers engaged. He is excited to dive headfirst into new brands and help our clients transform.

Caroline Wisner

Caroline, hailing from Raleigh, NC, personifies a tapestry of creative prowess, design knowledge, and tattoos — she’s an invaluable asset as a Graphic Designer at Able&Co. Armed with two bachelor’s degrees, one in Graphic Design and another in Interior Design, Caroline’s multidisciplinary background infuses her work with a unique blend of artistic flair and spatial understanding.

Within a project, Caroline assumes the role of a creative maestro, channeling her passion for layout and typography into every campaign she undertakes. Her communication style strikes a delicate balance between open, honest dialogue and good-natured humor, helping steer projects toward success. Caroline’s strengths lie in her boundless creativity, innate problem-solving abilities, and knack for critiquing design projects with precision. Beyond her professional endeavors, Caroline’s heart lies with her family, and their happiness serves as her ultimate inspiration.

Anne Takseraas

Bonjour! Salut! Enchanté! Let us introduce you to our French bookkeeper and office manager, Anne. Originally from Brittany, France, her slight French accent brings an international flair to Able&Co. When she first moved to the United States, she lived in Connecticut and quickly realized she wanted to escape the cold to beautiful North Carolina. She fell in love with the Raleigh area and has called it home since 2014.

Family-oriented and a lover of the outdoors, Anne enjoys hiking and camping, especially with her son. She approaches life with a positive attitude and values kindness. She carries her upbeat outlook on life into her career and work relationships. Not one to shy away from a conversation, she prefers one-on-one communication, as she finds it more personal and interactive.

Anne joins our team, bringing more than 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and business administration. She cares about our team and strives to ensure that the office is managed in a way that supports the agency and increases productivity. Her attention to detail and hard work ethic boosts confidence that everything is taken care of. We are so happy to have her on the team!

Lindsay Stoker

With a wealth of project management experience under her belt, Lindsay is a seasoned professional in business operations. At Able&Co., Lindsay holds the pivotal role of Operations Manager. Her passion for process improvement is palpable, making her an invaluable asset to the team. She thrives on tackling challenges head-on and spearheading innovations that drive the agency’s success. What truly sets her apart is her knack for effective communication, ensuring that ideas and solutions are conveyed clearly and concisely.

Originally hailing from picturesque Northern Virginia, Lindsay worked in recruiting before making the transition to operations management. She has spent a decade working at various marketing agencies and consulting firms driving operational enhancements through process optimization, boosting efficiency across businesses, enhancing employee support, and nurturing external relationships. 

Lindsay’s communication style is characterized by a highly collaborative and straightforward approach. Her keen problem-solving skills make her a reliable source for solutions. Lindsay takes pride in delving deep into the intricacies of any issue to provide the most effective and efficient methods for resolution. Her commitment to the well-being of her colleagues and unyielding dedication to finding new and inventive ways to drive success makes her a welcome addition to the Able&Co. team.

Alan Dunkin

Alan has a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital engagement, which makes his skills crucial in Able&Co.’s project execution and social media process. With a career deeply entrenched in tech marketing, Alan has engaged with audiences ranging from niche groups to millions of consumers. In his current role, Alan excels in coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. He is adept at managing social media profiles and helping the team build impactful campaigns, in addition to supplying feedback and in-depth analytics.

Born in New Jersey, Alan spent his formative years in Texas and lived in the Bay Area for over a decade. His diverse background includes writing books, managing large influencer programs, developing customer relations and learning programs, creating informative video content, and strategizing diverse and wide-ranging content marketing initiatives. Alan’s comprehensive skill set enables him to manage a wide array of marketing solutions.

Alan’s communication style is highly adaptable. His strength lies in his ability to understand and implement new technologies and optimize tasks, all while maintaining a keen understanding of his colleagues’ roles to enhance overall team performance. Alan balances his structured work life with a love for nature and the outdoors, finding joy in both the ordered and the chaotic aspects of life.
