RALEIGH, NC – [JULY 24, 2020] – Able&Co., a marketing and communications agency based in Raleigh, NC, has earned multiple awards at the 16th Annual Summit Awards for work with its Savannah Quarters®.
Based in the Greater Savannah Area, Savannah Quarters is a master-planned community offering a variety of Southern-style homes and amenities just twelve miles from downtown. The Summit Awards honors professionals in this market for their work in real estate. Nominees are judged on their quality of work, sales performance and marketing efforts.
The first award was won for Best Sales Center. When Savannah Quarters moved to their new Sales & Information Center, Able&Co. designed the interiors to feature a modern, country-chic aesthetic with its exposed brick and Lowcountry feel. The team also implemented an exterior-facing lighted listing display on the sales center window, allowing the Real Estate office to feature its most prominent or latest listings.
“The Sales & Information Center has become a central location for the Savannah Quarters Realty team to interact with their customers, inform and educate and, ultimately, close on beautiful homes. The next award was for Best Promotional Event, which was won for the Savor the Flavor event at Savannah Quarters. This event was the newest in the Savannah Food & Wine Festival. Guests toured model homes while enjoying specially created food and drink prepared by the executive chef and his team from The Club at Savannah Quarters. Able&Co. developed print ads, a landing page, social media marketing, email marketing, billboards and various other deliverables to ensure a large turnout at the event.
