Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of account services, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency for the accounts your serve and the agency at large.

The Project Manager is also responsible for proofreading all internal and external communications to our clients. The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned accounts including client communication, scheduling, coordinating and on-time delivery of all assigned projects. This is done through coordinating with in-house personnel such as the Strategy, Creative Services and Resourcing Departments. It is also accomplished by interfacing with a variety of outside vendors who supply work to the agency on a freelance or contract basis and creating relationships and overseeing printers, publications, tradeshow providers, photographers, etc.


  • Coordinates schedules, appointments and key milestones for clients and projects
  • Prepare client meeting agendas as well as attend client meetings to take notes and follow up with clients
  • Coordinates client and account activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Updates project management system with project notes and next steps for each project
  • Initiates new project requests as new projects are discussed in client or internal meetings
  • Organize client assets
  • Manage multiple client databases for eMarketing purposes and understand which database should be used on specific projects
  • Daily communication to clients on the status of projects as appropriate – manage emails with clients to be able to respond within a few hours
  • Assists in account service for client accounts as needed
  • Assists in research for new business accounts or competition
  • Performs clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks as required by management and client
  • Act as main point of contact for maintenance accounts and manage the projects on these accounts

  • Familiar with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite (user knowledge not required but familiar with the terminology)
  • Familiar with Social Media Marketing processes and the top networking platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree
