As marketing agency of record for Elliott Homes, we worked on many campaigns, ventures and strategies for the Mississippi-based homebuilder. The Elliott brand had considerable regional equity, but a previous rebranding had reduced its impact. As they began expanding services from just a custom homebuilder to a production builder with aspirations beyond the Coastal Mississippi region, we needed to restructure their brand system.
Our team created an “empire” strategy for the Elliott Homes brand that was extendible to their sub brands, new products and service lines. This, along with the “Quality of Life” brand promise, created a framework for future success.
