Since 2016, Able&Co. has delivered strategic marketing, branding and communication solutions for our master-planned community client, Savannah Quarters®.
To launch their new neighborhood, we combined our deep understanding of real estate audiences with exceptional creative, delivered through a phased marketing strategy. The plan included events with disruptive messaging targeting current residents, Realtors, builders and prospective homebuyers from key feeder markets. This allowed each audience to understand the specific benefits that was of most interest to them. The first event was a private preview tour for residents and club members, followed by a tour for Realtors & Builder clients and finally an event for the general public.
