A Plan to Move Forward – Update from Able&Co.

Mar 18, 2020

Dear Valued Clients & Partners,

I want to take a moment and reach out to see how everyone is doing and give you an update from Able&Co. I am sensitive to the amount of communication that is currently being sent out about the Coronavirus and how duplicative most of it is. As your strategic marketing and creative partner, we recognize the important role we play in supporting you during this critical period and would like to share the steps we’re taking.

Public Relations, Social Media Content & Crisis Communications
Aligning with public health authorities and industry experts

We are closely monitoring updates from several sources and will incorporate these recommendations in the strategic and creative plans we develop for you during this critical time period. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis. Each client’s strategies and positions are different and our approach for each brand will be customized.

In the coming days, we will begin posting a blog series that will include links my team has vetted with content to help support your internal and external communications.

Our Commitment to Our Customers and Brands
Continuing to deliver results and support when most needed

We have a Business Continuity Plan to ensure the continuation of our services to you. Our team continues to work full-time without interruption to our services. In fact, we are busier than ever helping clients with crisis communications along with handling day-to-day marketing and advertising efforts. Our goal is to allow you time to focus on strategy and planning for the short- and long-term while we handle the rest.

“Turn Your Wounds into Wisdom” – When Experience Matters
Helping clients plan for now and what’s next

Many of you know I began my marketing and advertising career in 2001 right before 9/11 and then went on to start my own company in 2008. Having lived through two previous recessions as an entrepreneur, what we are experiencing right now is not a recession — it is an economic and health crisis. I believe there are three steps to the road ahead:

  • Step one is enduring the immediate impacts
  • Step two is to adjust to the new midterm effects
  • Step three is to prepare for the new long-term strategy

It’s natural to feel anxious and even fear, but there’s no reason to panic and stop all the work you have done to build a strong brand and market presence. Instead, let’s work together and be proactive in how we prepare ourselves and the companies and brands we serve.

Sincerely,

Jenny Taylor
